These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Strion Inc., a California corporation ("Strion," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site describes Strion, our services and the way we work, as general information. Nothing on it is an offer, a commitment or professional advice, and reading the site or sending us a message does not make you a client.

We provide services only under a written agreement signed with each client. If anything on the site differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.

You may read the site, and download or print its pages, for your own information and your internal business use. Automated access is allowed to the extent our robots.txt file permits it.

You agree not to

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
• try to get unauthorized access to the site, its servers or the data behind it, or disrupt how it works;
• send content through the contact form that is unlawful, misleading or harmful, or information about another person that you have no right to share;
• misrepresent who you are or your connection with Strion;
• copy the site's text, design or graphics to present another business, except as the law allows.

Strion owns or has the right to use the text, design, graphics, diagrams and code of this site. Strion and the Strion logo are trademarks of Strion Inc., and these terms give you no right to use them beyond what this page allows.

When you write to us, please send only what we need to answer you, and do not send confidential information or documents until we have agreed in writing how they will be handled. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle the personal information in your message.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time. We work to keep the information on the site accurate and current, and it can change without notice.

To the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, Strion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard by the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you and Strion agree to their jurisdiction.

If you are a client, the dispute terms of your agreement apply to our services. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term, we have not waived it. These terms and our Privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and Strion about your use of the site.

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date at the top of this page, and using the site after that date means you accept it.
