A supermarket at closing time, one checkout lane still lit.

Spend

One counterparty for every platform you spend on.

You fund one balance. We pay the platforms from it, alert you before it runs out and send you one invoice.

On the last working day of the month, someone in finance opens a spreadsheet and starts matching an invoice from every platform to a plan that has changed since it was approved. Where did the money go, and what did it buy? We keep that answer on one line. You fund one balance, we pay the platforms from it, and one invoice comes back with every line matched to what was planned, delivered, billed and paid.

How the money moves

  1. Fund

You fund one balance in advance, with no credit line to chase on each platform, and split it into sub-balances by brand, team, client or market, each with its own limits.

  2. Set limits

Budgets, caps and approvals are set for each balance before anything runs. Alerts catch overspend on the day it starts, and spend goes through authorized-seller checks and supply path reviews.

  3. Pay

We pay each platform you run on from your balance, handle its payment methods and billing settings in the currency it bills in, and alert you before a balance runs out. Invalid traffic is filtered and credited where platforms allow it, and ads are checked against each platform's policies before they go live.

  4. Reconcile

Every line is matched across planned, delivered, billed and paid. Platform credits, make-goods, adjustments and currency differences go back to the line they belong to, and one consolidated invoice comes back that you can match to your purchase orders.

A record finance can audit

Each line of the record carries the channel family and where the money stands, planned, delivered, billed and paid. A line closes when they agree, and any difference is explained on the line itself.

PlannedWhat the approved plan set aside for this line.

DeliveredWhat the platform or media owner actually ran.

BilledWhat the platform invoiced, with credits and adjustments.

PaidWhat was paid to the platform from your balance.

ReconciledPlanned, delivered, billed and paid agree, or the difference is explained.

What your finance team will ask

Who pays the platforms, and when?

We do. You fund one balance in advance, and we pay each platform you run on from it as campaigns run. We alert you before a balance runs out.

Which currencies can we fund in?

You fund by bank transfer or another method enabled in your agreement, which also sets out the currencies. Each ad account is billed in the currency it was created in, and currency differences are matched in reconciliation.

How are platform credits for invalid traffic handled?

Platforms often return those credits in a later billing cycle. We match each credit back to the line it belongs to, so the record and the invoice agree.

Can our finance team audit the record?

Yes. Every line shows what was planned, delivered, billed and paid, with the source behind each figure.

Every platform, paid from a balance you fund.

Tell us which platforms you spend on and in which currencies, and we'll show you how it would run through one counterparty.
